Privacy Policy

Short and complete: Horde Rush has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics. The game runs entirely offline — in airplane mode exactly as it does online. It never opens a connection to any server on its own. Your savegame stays on your device. Nothing leaves the app.

What the app processes

Accordingly, the App Store privacy section states: Data not collected.

Network

The app contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting services. The analytics, ads and diagnostics features of the game engine (Unity) are switched off. There is no in-app purchase and no “report a problem” button that could send anything.

TestFlight (beta phase)

While you test the game through TestFlight, Apple's TestFlight terms apply in addition: Apple may pass on crash reports and feedback that you send yourself through TestFlight (for example a screenshot with a comment). That is a feature of TestFlight, not of the app, and happens only when you trigger it. Details at Apple: apple.com/legal/privacy.

This website

Children

The app is aimed at a general audience. Nothing is processed about children — just as nothing is processed about anyone else.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because the app transmits no data about you to us, there is nothing on our side to give access to. Ask anyway if you are unsure — the address is above.

Changes

If something changes in the app that is described here, we change this page and update the date at the top.
