Späti Tycoon Tokyo plays on your device, in airplane mode too. No account, no sign-in. The app only goes online for the purchase check (at launch, when buying and when restoring, through Apple or Google Play and RevenueCat) and when you report a problem yourself — see the privacy policy.

My purchase is gone

This happens after a new device or a reinstall. Open the purchase screen in the game and tap Restore purchase. Apple knows about the purchase and unlocks it again at no cost. The only requirement is that the device is signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase.

My savegame is gone

The savegame lives on your device only. If the app is deleted, it is gone, and there is no copy of it anywhere — not with us either. Your purchase is not affected by this; see above.

Wrong language, or the wrong kind of shop

Shop and language follow your device language. Change the device language and the game will start in the matching shop next time.

Something is broken, missing or annoying

Write to us — ideally with your device, iOS version and what you did right before it went wrong. We read every mail and usually reply within a few days. This is a small project, not a hotline.
